Holly Hauck

As Chief of Staff, Holly Hauck serves as a strategic advisor and key business partner to the Senior Vice Chancellor of Research, Rob A. Rutenbar, as well as assisting in managing the internal and external relationships and objectives of this senior office.

Prior to Pitt, Holly served as Assistant Dean of Strategic Partnerships and Projects at the University of Washington School of Nursing, where she worked closely with the Executive Dean and stakeholders on strategic organizational development projects and major change initiatives with far-reaching impact across the state of Washington and nursing profession.

Holly brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic planning and operations, including serving in varying institutional contexts within leadership positions at the University of Arizona, Pepperdine University, Oklahoma City University, and in non-profit organizations. 

Holly holds an MBA from the University of Iowa, and additionally holds an MA in the History of Art and Architecture from Boston University and is a summa cum laude graduate from the University of Massachusetts, Boston with a BA in Art.
