Christine helps lead strategic communications initiatives that elevate the visibility and impact of research at the University of Pittsburgh. She develops and executes integrated research communications strategies across digital platforms, publications, and executive messaging, collaborating closely with senior leadership, faculty, and institutional partners on high-priority initiatives.
Christine has worked in science communications at the University of Pittsburgh since 2000. Most recently, she supported physicians, researchers, and executive leadership in the Departments of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine and Surgery, producing leadership communications and publications; managing newsletters, websites, and social media; and editing content for scientific manuscripts and grant applications.
She holds a bachelor's degree in English and certificates in digital media and administration from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as a certification from the Board of Editors in the Life Sciences.
