Gabriela Schunn

As Office Administrator, Gabriela Schunn serves as the primary support to senior and executive level roles within the Office of the Senior Vice Chancellor for Research, performing a wide variety of administrative functions from preparing and editing technical documents to making departmental purchases and managing office workflow.

Prior to working at Pitt, she worked in variety of cultural and creative industries ranging from material culture history and museum development, vintage retail and subcultural media, copywriting and editing for luxury brands/museums/editorials, and period consultancy for stage/editorials.

Gabriela received her BA from the University of Pittsburgh in the History of Art & Architecture and Anthropology with a minor in Museum Studies, and pursued a postgraduate degree (MA) in the History of Design and Material Culture at the University of Brighton in the UK.
