Krista Ramsey is a communications manager in the Office of the Senior Vice Chancellor of Research. Her primary focus in this role is to elevate Pitt Research’s internal communications program through collaboration, communications planning and effective storytelling.
Krista is an experienced strategic health care communications specialist and has led content strategy and copywriting for major organizations, including Johnson & Johnson, Highmark Health and UPMC. She specializes in collaborating with senior stakeholders and translating complex clinical and product information into clear, engaging messaging for diverse audiences across platforms.
Krista holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Writing from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and is a lifelong Pittsburgh area resident.
